excellent service stocked minibar immediate access
The location offered immediate access to many restaurants. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive to my needs. My room had a minibar stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks.
The elevators were quite small and occasionally slow.

excellent stay
excellent restaurants stellar location
i stayed at this hotel for several nights. the staff made every effort to address my concerns about visiting the city (i appreciated that). they helped me get excellent restaurant bookings. the hotel is in a stellar location.
the room was kept clean, but it was small. the air conditioning was broken. i was informed about it after unpacking. the front desk did not seem to care and looked irritated when i asked for updates.

the room included a comfortable king-size bed. it featured a tv with international channels. there was a minibar stocked with beverages and snacks available for purchase.

the hotel has a small gym in the basement. it includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests can access a wellness area for massages upon request (it looked very relaxing).
